„Patrick shampoo, cut, blow dry and flat ironed my hair on 3 February 2025 at the Panzer salon. the blow
dryer straighten my hair so there weren't much to do with the flatiron. nonetheless, he charged me €70.70 for the service. when I asked why it was so expensive and can I have a receipt he said that he had tallied out the register and he couldn't retrieve the receipt. he called me later to tell me he had the receipt. again I asked why the service was so expensive. the prices in the salon didn't add up to what he charged. he said he gave me a deep conditioner but did not charge me for it. which was a lie. he didn't give me a deep conditioner. when I pointed this out to him, he told me that the flatiron was €35.00. all in all, he didn't do a great job with my hair and he overcharged me for the marginal service he provided. if I return to stylique on panzer, Patrick will not be doing my hair. I would think that folks who work on military installations would have a code of ethics, honestly and trustworthiness. Patrick doesn't display these traits. I hope he doesn't make a habit of overcharging his customers. or maybe, it is only the black customers he cheat on a regular basis.
